every morning up untill just well after when grandmaw died he went to bed and they wanted to have a doctor and he could'nt find anything wrong with him, and so after the doctor left, Grandpaw called aunt Matt and aunt Zella and i think daddy was in on it, maybe Uncle Glady im not sure, but because uncle glady and daddy were the only ones that aunt matt and ozella still lived there i think the best i remember, and uh, he said now, i know theres nothing wrong with me, and i am 74 years old, and i don't intend to get out of this bed or turn my hands to do one thing untill i go home to the Lord, and i don't want anymore doctors called here, but he would get up as long as Grand Mother Lived, He would get up, eat his breakfast and dress and i mean he always had on clean and aunt zella eyes everything he wore, and he walked over to the Old Place, thats a mile tha way he cut through the little roads and got over there and that he walked over there and back every Morning Cold or Hot Weather, only when it was Raining he did'nt Go, because he was afraid the streams would get up and he could'nt get back, and i can close my eyes now and see him, yea going out of the yard u know with thoses clothes on walking over there and aunt Zella being WORRIED to Death about him, she always worried about him and grandmaw, she poor old thing she worried about everything, yep, it was all good.
