Every
engine we build begins with thorough cleaning, inspection and machining
of all remanufacturable castings. All cast iron components are magnafluxed,
All Aluminum Casting are pressure checked and double checked
to guarantee integrity. Engine blocks are precision bored, decked
and honed to the specified RMS. Crankshafts are ground and polished
to an 8-12 RMS finish. Valve seats are precision cut to three angles,
and heads are resurfaced and vacuum tested.
ENGINE We inspect for flaws,align hone if needed, CYLINDER HEAD disassemble & thoroughly clean inspect for flaws, magniflux for cracks, we replace guides,
install new valves,install new Valve keys and seals, RECONDITION CONNECTING RODS
Shot Peened and Stress Relieved, check for size and twist, resurface caps, hone to original manufactures diameter.All Crankshafts and Rods are magnifluxed for Hair Line Cracks, Assembled Engines are Spin Tested and Ready to Go
