PROJECT PAGES - Tennessee Trip for Valve Grinder
Left at 4:00 PM from GA here got caught in traffic on I285 for several hours it finally got cleared enough to start moving so we were going full blast again by the time we got into Tennesse it was already dark. We got some dinner at the waffle house there and got some gas and we where on our way again... We got lost several times and had to call for instructions, once we got to eddies house he was kind enough to meet us on a street with his flashers on so we could follow him back to his house...We arrived at his house at 3:08 am.. Yep thats right 11 hours of driving straight thru! On the way back, we managed to avoid all the traffic and got back alot sooner than we thought .. It was a last minute to do this trip because it was raining so I couldnt do any tree work anyways...Ended up spending $65.00 in fuel on the way there and $45.00 in fuel on our way back....
